Have lived in Oshkosh my entire life; I've been able witness the effect of going from no internet to dial up to high speed, see the effect that infrastructure like roads and airports as well as economy have on business in the area; Have met and know a lot of people from Fond Du Lac to Appleton and understand what frustrates them as well as what makes them happy; Recognize one of the areas largest industries is manufacturing

In 2nd grade at Jacob Shaprio Elementary School in Oshkosh, Apple computers were the #1 choice for schools so IBM gave the school some computers for the 2-5 graders. I found out how to "hack" the server and send messages to the "big" 4th and 5th graders. I got sent back to class and got my name written on the board! I'd say that's where I started in technology :) . My great uncle, Dave Koslo, was the starting pitcher in the 1951 World Series for the NY Giants and he won 5-1! There is a park in Menasha named after him. My Grandpa was a Green Bay Packer season ticket holder the first year Lambeau Field was built and those tickets have been in our family ever since. I have been a certified group fitness instructor since 2000. That is how I met my wife. She taught the first class I ever took! Our 3 children have been to Disney world every year of their life including before they were 1! We have celebrated birthdays there, trick or treated, Christmas parties, run 5k, 10k, half marathons, full marathons, Goofy challenges (39.3 miles), and Dopey challenges (48.6 miles). So I guess you could say we are Disney "freaks" but it is such a postive place to be in a world filled with negativity...so it's a great place for a fun family! My wife has showed other families how we go to Disney for half the price that most families spend and we even chill in 1300 sq ft condos!

A bigger company doesn't always mean higher gross profit or a better bottom line. An efficient team with less people is always better. Jeff Bezos of Amazon is the king on that "efficiency above all else"; Respond to people as quickly as possible, even if its a status update, communication is the key; Had a business that failed and failure was so hard to accept, but it taught me so many valueable lessons; Mother-in-law had a heart attack while she was with my wife and I and I assisted in CPR. It was a 90% blockage "window maker" heart attack and she had to be hit with the AED 6 times, but made it through!
